What the pages are.
Everything here is general information for an owner. Opening a page does not put you on the client list. Rules land differently on different facts, so confirm anything that would change your return before you act on it.
A short call is a conversation.
A call from this site creates no engagement and no ongoing duty. We will say what we see and what an engagement would involve, including when the honest answer is that you do not need one yet. Paid work starts only after both sides sign a page that names the scope and the fee.
Scope, records, and the site.
Fees are quoted for the written scope. Work outside that scope is quoted before it is done. Either side may end an engagement in writing. Fees already earned stay due, and your records come back to you.
You remain responsible for complete records and for the decisions you make. We will say when something does not tie, and we will not build a return on a month that has not closed.
The writing and the pictures stay with the practice. You may read a page and quote a sentence if you name the site. You may not copy the site onto another address or use the pages to train a product without written permission. These terms follow Texas law, and a dispute is heard in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
Sending the form or picking a time does not hire the practice. Nothing here promises a refund, a loan, or a particular tax outcome. The disclosures page controls if these terms and that page ever seem to disagree. These terms took effect on 29 September 2026. Nothing on this page limits a liability that Texas law will not let a contract limit.
The calendar and the chat.
Opening the calendar on the booking page is the same kind of request as the form. It sets a time to talk. It does not hire the practice and it does not reserve a result. If you need to move the time, use the note in the confirmation or call the footer number.
The chat chip is another way to ask. A question there is held under the privacy page. The chip is not a faster path into paid work. Nothing in that question promises that a particular month will be finished by a named day.
Your records stay yours.
Bank activity and a prior return that you send are yours. We use them to see which month last agreed with the bank and which months are still open. We do not keep a copy longer than the reply, the engagement, and ordinary record duties require.
If you ask for the note to be deleted and there is no engagement, we delete it. If an engagement is underway, we return your records when the work ends or when you end it in writing. Fees already earned for work already done stay due. A quiet week at Lake Raven is not a reason these terms bend.
