What you type into the form.
The form receives your name, an email if you give one, your phone number, the size band you pick on the longer form, how current the books are, and the note you write. There is no hidden field that changes what you see.
If you open the calendar and pick a time, Microsoft Bookings takes those details and they reach the same person who read the page. The calendar frame is empty until you ask for it or scroll to it, so a visit does not hand the booking page your attention by surprise.
What the browser stores on its own.
A page view can store two random identifiers in your browser, one that lasts and one that ends when the tab closes, plus the page that sent you and any campaign tags on the link. That record stays on our own server so we can see which pages earn their keep.
If the browser sends Do Not Track, that record is not written. This site does not run an advertising pixel or a visitor identification service. The network that delivers the pages logs ordinary request data for security.
Why a note is held.
To answer you, to prepare for the call, to do the work if you engage the practice, and to meet ordinary record duties. Personal information is not sold. A note is not passed along for someone else's advertising. No machine decides whether this practice will work with you.
A note is kept while it takes to answer it, and longer only while an engagement and the records behind it require. Call the footer number and ask for the note to be removed or corrected.
The size band and the question about how current the books are exist so the first reply can be specific. They do not set a minimum. Leave either one blank if you would rather say it on the phone. Say in the note whether you prefer a call or a message.
